I just want to say that this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with
any type of tutor or instructor. I am not a very tech savvy person and William was
great at explaining new concepts and extremely patient and friendly. He was totally
professional and one of those people who genuinely go out on a limb to help you and
make sure you get the most out of your class. I give him an A+ and would definitely
